About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make such changes to the Customs code of Ukraine:

Article 309 after part five to add 1) with new part of such content:

"6. The procedure for application of individual (one-time), repeated and general financial guarantee affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

With respect thereto the sixth and seventh to consider parts respectively parts seven and the eighth;

3) in Article 314 part two:

4) in Article 315 part one:

in Item 3 of the word "from independent audit company" shall be replaced with words "for bank institutions - from independent audit company";

Item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" to add 5) with subitem 10 of such content:
