About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning acts of stock market regulators and the market of non-bank financial services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 51, Art. 292; 2011, No. 10, Art. 63; 2012, 7, the Art. 53) after part of the twenty fifth to add No. with two new parts of such content:

By results of such consideration the National commission on securities and the stock market fully or partially considers the received notes and offers or motivated they rejects. Information on results of consideration of notes and offers is subject to obligatory promulgation on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market within five working days from the date of, such consideration following behind day.

Regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market are subject to state registration by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine".
