About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" concerning the organization of cash money turnover

Supreme decides Rada of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 238; 2010, No. 49, Art. 570; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of February 9, 2012 No. 4395-VI) such changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of Article 7 of the word "also the address will organize it" "and will organize cash money turnover";

Part one of Article 20 to replace 2) with two parts of such content:

"The chairman of National Bank has deputies whose quantitative list is determined by it in coordination with Council of National Bank.

The chairman of National Bank appoints and exempts deputies in coordination with Council of National Bank".

Items 3 and 5 of Article 33 to state 3) in such edition:

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
