About conducting economic experiment of rather state support of the ship-building industry

This Law is directed to effective use of the potential, scientific and technical and export potential, renewal of product competitiveness of domestic shipbuilding, growth in volumes of release of high-tech courts and warships, creating favorable conditions for investment attraction, including foreign, expense reduction on vessel construction and replenishment of current assets of the ship-building companies and ensuring economic interests of the state in increasing production of these companies.

Article 1. Recognize shipbuilding as priority industry of economy of Ukraine and carry out from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2023 economic experiment for the purpose of creation to the companies of the ship-building industry of Ukraine of the conditions necessary for increase in volume of production and receipts to the government budget, due to increase in efficiency and product competitiveness of shipbuilding.

The experiment extends to the companies of the ship-building industry (class 30.11 group 30.1 Sections 30, class 33.15 group 33.1 Section 33 KVED of recreation center 009:2010) and the developmental organizations (the class 72.19 group 72.1 undressed 72, class 71.12 group 71.1 undressed 71, class 71.20 group 71.2 Section 71 KVED of recreation center 009:2010) which provide services to the companies of the ship-building industry.

Article 2. The main directions of support of the ship-building industry for conducting economic experiment are:

1) renewal of product competitiveness of shipbuilding of Ukraine in the foreign markets;

2) creating favorable conditions for attraction of domestic and foreign investments for the purpose of development of shipbuilding of Ukraine;

3) implementation of basic and applied scientific research, development of science and education in the field of shipbuilding;

4) assistance to interaction of the legal entities and physical persons occupied in spheres of fundamental and applied science, production and other sectors of economy with participants of shipbuilding;

5) transition to model of innovative development of shipbuilding of Ukraine by revival of scientific and technical potential and pilot production;
