1. For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social protection of the children who lost parents and lost parent guardianship" the Ministry of science and education, health care, finance, work and social protection of the population and to other involved ministries and the organizations to take proper organizational measures in connection with provision of the privileges and privileges provided by the specified Law for social protection of the children who lost parents and lost parent guardianship and consisting or not consisting on the state care, being under guardianship, guardianship, to adoptive parents (foster home) and the close relatives (grandfathers, grandmas, uncles, aunts, etc.) adopted (adopted), and also being without registration on education.
