About modification and amendments in the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" of March 4, 2010 No. 26
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (2) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" No. 26 of March 4, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 39-40, of the Art. 105), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:
in Item and) to replace figures of "1,50" with figures of "2,02";
add part with Item d) the following content:
"d) parcel of land Ploshchad 12,00 of hectare down the street V. Kresesku, 1, Streshen.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time:
a) bring the regulations into accord with this law;
b) adopt the regulations necessary for execution of this law.
