Approve the enclosed Regulations on features of assessment of conformity of the defense products (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order, design processes (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization, utilization and burial of the specified products.

2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in 3-month time in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to approve the application form about compliance of the defense products (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order, requirements of the state customer of the state defense order, procedure for its filling and registration.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of signing.
