About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment, payment and the size of temporary disability benefit, maternity allowance and Regulations on procedure for appointment, payment and the size of ritual benefit (on burial)" of November 11, 2011 No. 727

For the purpose of reduction in compliance of regulatory legal acts on provision of temporary disability benefit, maternity allowance and compensation of funeral services, in connection with transition to the new principles of the interbudget relations and abolition of local budgets of areas the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment, payment and the size of temporary disability benefit, maternity allowance and Regulations on procedure for appointment, payment and the size of ritual benefit (on burial)" of November 11, 2011 No. 727 the following changes and amendments:

- in Item 5 of the word "The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the republican budget for 2011 and the forecast for 2012-2013" shall be replaced with words "the republican budget for the corresponding year";

- in Regulations on procedure for appointment, payment and the size of temporary disability benefit, maternity allowance approved by the above-stated resolution:
