About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 657 of November 6, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) appendix No. 1:

a) add Item 7 with subitems of j-1) and l-1) of the following content:

"j-1) provides coordinating of state policy in the field of bonds with diaspora which includes citizens of the Republic of Moldova, temporarily or constantly living outside the country, natives of the Republic of Moldova and their descendants, and also the communities formed by them";

"l-1) monitorizirut compliance with law about the state control of business activity;";

b) in Item 13:

shall be replaced with words the words "Management of Messages and Press Relations" "Bureau of messages and press relations and the Liaison Bureau with diaspora";

add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"The chief of the Liaison Bureau with diaspora advises the Prime Minister on questions in the field, is appointed to position and dismissed premyerministry, the order of the Government";

c) in Item 15 of the word "sectors" to replace with the word of "service";

d) state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. Appointment of personnel in office of the Prime Minister and deputies of premyerministr, except for the assistant and the secretary, is performed by the order of the Government. Appointment of personnel in offices of deputy prime ministers is performed according to the proposal of the corresponding deputy prime ministers.

Appointment of assistants and secretaries in offices of the Prime Minister and deputy prime ministers is performed by the administrative act of the secretary general of the Government according to the proposal of persons who are taking up responsible state positions to which they will help.
