1. Approve Changes to some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash concerning fire safety which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against August 22, 2005 No. 161 "About approval of the List of the objects same to destination which are subject to the equipment automatic installations of fire extinguishing and the fire alarm", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 5, 2005 for No. 990/11270 (with changes).
3. State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine (Ulinets E. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine Ulints E. M.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
