About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012"

1. 1) in Article 1:

in part one of figure "370.848.117" and "50.554.045,4" to replace respectively with figures "372.027.476" and "51.733.404,4";

in part two of figure "398.832.011,9" and "51.841.182,5" to replace respectively with figures "400.094.817,8" and "53.103.988,4";

in the paragraph the second to replace parts three of figure "13.031.305,5" and "9.054.714,1" respectively with figures "13.114.752,4" and "9.138.161";

2) in Article 4:

"(delayed)" to add Item 34 after the word with words and figures "the tax liabilities restructured under agreements which arose in connection with application of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the actions aimed at providing permanent functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex";

5) in appendix No. 7 concerning subvention from the government budget to local budgets on debt repayment on difference in rates for heat energy, services in centralized water supply and vodootvodeniye which were made, transported and delivered to the population, the actual cost of heat energy and services in centralized water supply and water disposal which arose in connection with discrepancy to rates which affirmed and/or согласовывалмсь public authorities or local self-government, in line of "All" of figure "6973602,6" to replace with figures of "8236408,5".
