About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for separate offenses

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

1) in Article 174:

to add the name after words of "pneumatic weapon" with words of "devices for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties";

the paragraph one after words of "cold throwing weapon" to add with words of "devices for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties";

in the paragraph the second:

shall be replaced with words the words "from five to ten" "from ten to fifteen";

after the words "with confiscation of weapon" to add with words of "devices for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties";

2) in Article 190:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from three to five" "from seven to ten";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from four to seven" "from ten to fifteen";

3) in Article 191:

the name and paragraph one of part one after words "carrying or transportations" to add with the word "prize";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from three to five" "from seven to ten";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from four to seven" "from ten to fifteen", and to exclude the words "or without that";

4) in Article 192:

the name and paragraph one after the word of "(re-registration)" to add with the word "prize";
