About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" rather national land bank

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001 No. 5-6, of Art. 30; 2007 No. 2, Art. 15 No. 10, Art. 90; 2011 No. 36, Art. 362 No. 43, Art. 448; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of February 23, 2012 No. 4452-VI) the following changes:

1. Add Article 3 with part six of such content:

"Regulates the relations connected with functioning of the national land bank, this Law in the part which is not contradicting regulations of the special legislation in the field of land relations".

2. In Article 7:

part the second after the second offer to add with the new offer of the following content: "The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has the right to create the authorized capital of the national land bank at the expense of money contributions and fees in the form of the parcels of land";

add with parts of the twenty sixth and twenty seventh of the following content:

"The national land bank has the right to perform transactions with the parcels of land and property rights on the parcels of land according to the legislation of Ukraine in the field of land relations and the charter.

The National Bank of Ukraine determines features of issue of the banking license to the national land bank, regulation and supervision of the national land bank taking into account specifics of its activities".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
