About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning powers of the central executive body providing realization of state policy in the field of migration and powers of the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the field of external relations of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for departure from Ukraine and entry into Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994 No. 18, Art. 101; 2002 No. 51, Art. 370; 2003 No. 27, Art. 209; 2004 No. 33-34, of the Art. 406):

1) in Article 4:

to state paragraph two of part one in such edition:

"to citizens of Ukraine who constantly live in Ukraine and reached 18 summer age - according to the personal petition for receipt of the passport or through the legal representatives in the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of nationality. In exceptional cases (in the presence of requirements of the state to which departure is performed or requirements of the international organization for participation in which actions departure is performed, and also in case of departure on permanent residence abroad of the child adopted by foreigners - the citizen of Ukraine) the passport can be drawn up before achievement of 18-year age by the citizen. The procedure for registration, issue, exchange, return, withdrawal, destruction, recognition invalid passports of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Forms of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad are produced by request of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of nationality";

word part two in paragraph three "law-enforcement bodies at the place of residence" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of nationality";

2) in Article 6:

in word part three "law-enforcement body" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the central executive body, realizing state policy in the field of nationality" in the corresponding case;
