1. This Provision is prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" and other regulatory legal acts and regulates the questions arising in connection with appeal of the measures of authority punishment applied concerning government employees in state bodies.
2. Each government employee has the right to appeal the measure of authority punishment applied concerning it for failure to carry out or proper accomplishment of the obligations assigned to it, and also for non-compliance with the restrictions established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" and other regulatory legal acts.
