About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

in the Requirements to the room of the notary approved by the specified order:

to state part one of Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The room of the notary consists of office for making of notarial actions, the room for expectation of visitors (hall), the room for storage of notarial clerical work.

In the absence of the certain room for storage of notarial clerical work, storage of notarial clerical work in the locked metal cases in office for making of notarial actions is allowed.

The building in which the room of the notary is located shall conform to requirements of the Fire safety regulations approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2011 No. 1682 and Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of the residential and other rooms, public buildings" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 1, 2011 No. 1431.".
