About the program of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015
For the purpose of ensuring constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation on free delivery of health care the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Program of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation:
a) bring in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation:
till July 1, 2013 - the report on program implementation of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care for 2012;
till September 15, 2013 - the draft of the program of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens for 2014 and for planning period of 2015 and 2016;
b) make explanations concerning forming and economic case of territorial programs of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015, including together with Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund - in the part concerning forming and economic case of territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015;
c) bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to approve till December 25, 2012 territorial programs of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015.
