1. Item 44 of the Regulations on the organization of the simplified system of the financial accounting in farms approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 21, 2008 of NN 1, 1/2 (рег. N 1781 of March 26, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 12-13, Art. 81), to state in the following edition:
"44. Farms represent only the annual financial reporting no later than February 15 of the year following for reporting consisting of the balance sheet - the N 1 form and the report on financial results of the N 2 form".
2. This resolution is approved with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition and Association of farms of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
