About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 and of May 11, 2009 No. 617

1.1. in Item 41 of appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 60, 5/33808) to replace the words "Items 1 and" with the word "Item";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2009 No. 617 "About some questions of implementation by tax authorities of ministerial procedures concerning citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 119, 5/29751; 2010, No. 108, 5/31758; No. 173, 5/32188; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 5/35981):
to exclude from the name of the resolution of the word "concerning citizens";
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
state part one in the following edition:
"1.1. ministerial procedures, except for the ministerial procedures specified in parts two – the fourth this subitem, are performed by tax authorities based on the written application of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign citizen or the stateless person, including the individual entrepreneur, or the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus, other organization (further if other is not determined, – the interested person).";
