About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure of payments and collections of the land tax for use of lands of settlements and nonagricultural appointment

3. To the state agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to make confirmation of the sizes of the parcels of land of taxpayers and check of compliance of the coefficients applied to calculation of the land tax.

4. Declare invalid:

- the paragraph third Item 1, Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 25, 1998 No. 385 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning provision of tax benefits";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 1, 1997 No. 577 "About rates and procedure of payments and collections of one-time payments for acquisition of right of use and annual tax for use of lands of settlements and lands of nonagricultural appointment";
