About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2012 No. 35

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2011 No. 495 "About approval of inventories (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2012 No. 35 "About the prices of socially important goods and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 50, 8/25384; No. 57, 8/25441; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.07. 2012, 8/26130; 10:08. 2012, 8/26235; 03:10. 2012, 8/26235) following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

1.1.1. add subitem 2.1 with paragraphs the ninth, tenth the following content:

"in October, 2012 on bread rye and rye and wheat, product bakeries from wheat flour with content on compounding of sugar and fats in the amount not higher than 14 percent of razvesy 300 grams and more – for 10 percent; the cow's milk pasteurized and kefir from cow's milk fat content to percent 3,5 inclusive, sour cream fat content to 25 percent inclusive, cottage cheese fat content to 9 percent inclusive without flavoring additives and fillers – for 35 percent;

in November and December, 2012 on bread rye and rye and wheat, product bakeries from wheat flour with content on compounding of sugar and fats in the amount not higher than 14 percent of razvesy 300 grams and more – on 10 percent a month;";

1.1.2. add subitem 2.2 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"in October, 2012 on the cow's milk pasteurized and kefir from cow's milk, sour cream, cottage cheese with flavoring additives and fillers, the cow's milk pasteurized and kefir from cow's milk fat content over percent 3,5, sour cream fat content over 25 percent, cottage cheese fat content over 9 percent – for 4 percent to price level applied in September, 2012.";

1.2. 1, 2 to state appendices in the following edition:
