1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2008 No. 36 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the admission of the military personnel undergoing compulsory military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops of the Republic of Belarus to control of motorized vehicles of category "D" and structures of vehicles of category "E" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 95, 8/18574).
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2012.
3. Distribute this resolution to separate military unit.
