About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning declaring of property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004 No. 20-21, of Art. 291; 2011 No. 23, Art. 160; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 24, 2012 No. 4661-VI and of May 17, 2012 No. 4711VI):

a) the second Article 48 to state part in such edition:

"2. The statement for self-promotion on post of the President of Ukraine shall contain the consent to promulgation of biographic data and the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature according to article 50 of this Law, the obligation in case of election to transfer according to the procedure, established by the law, within a month after official promulgation of election results in management to other person the companies belonging to it and corporate laws and to stop activities or to put the representative mandate which according to the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine are incompatible with occupation of post of the President of Ukraine";

b) 6 parts two of Article 51 to state Item in such edition:

"6) the statement of person proposed as the candidate for consent to stand the presidential candidate of Ukraine from this batch (block) and with respect thereto on the bringing to publicity of biographic data and the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature, according to article 50 of this Law, obligations, in case of election to transfer according to the procedure, established by the law, within a month after the official bringing to publicity of election results in management to other person the companies and corporate laws belonging to it and to stop activities or to constitute the representative mandate which according to the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine are incompatible with zanimaniye of post of the President of Ukraine";
