1. Bring in the Procedure for test of the organization of notarial activities of the state and private notaries and accomplishment of rules of notarial clerical work by them approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2008 No. 2260/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2008 for No. 1244/15935, such change:

to state subitem 2.1 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2.1. Conducting checks of the organization of notarial activities and accomplishment of rules of maintaining notarial clerical work are performed by authorized representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - justice departments) which activities are directly connected with control of the organization of notariate and notarial activities in Ukraine.

Also the notaries having the high professional level and sufficient experience of practical work and employees of notarial archive can be involved in checks.
