About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines
According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of ensuring the available minimum level of providing the population with medicines I ORDER:
1. Make to the section ІІ Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of the medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 07, 2011 for No. 1420/20158, such change:
add Item 2.8 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"observance of the requirements established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 No. 340 "About realization of pilot project concerning implementation of state regulation of the prices of medicines for treatment of persons with hypertension" concerning the level of prices for medicines for treatment of persons with hypertension and their availability in pharmaceutical institution during the term of realization of pilot project concerning implementation of state regulation of the prices of medicines for the treatment of persons with hypertension provided by the specified resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.".
2. To provide to management of medicines and medical products submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Bogachyov R. M.
