About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1244

1. The fourth Item 1 of the resolution to state the paragraph in such edition:
"Procedure for compensation for expenses, connected with the organization and tendering selling property of the taxpayer which is in tax pledge, and payments of banking services for money transfer in the relevant budget.".
2. Item in paragraph five 3, Item 4, the paragraph the fourth Item 9 of the Procedure for change of starting price of sale of property of the taxpayer which is in tax pledge, on account of repayment of its tax debt and promulgation of information on time and conditions of the carrying out the corresponding biddings approved by the specified resolution by State Tax Administration to replace words with the word Ministry of Finance.
3. Procedure for compensation for expenses, the taxpayers connected with promulgation of information on structure of held for sale property which is in tax pledge, approved by the specified resolution, and appendix to it to state in such edition:
"No. 1244 is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010
