About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1386 and of May 31, 2012 No. 476

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1386 "About approval of the Procedure for provision to bodies of the State Tax Service of information on the taxpayers, the taxation objects and objects connected with the taxation for ensuring conducting their accounting, and also calculation and tax collection and charges" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012 No. 3, the Art. 81) and of May 31, 2012 No. 476 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by bodies of state registration of the rights to real estate and the bodies performing registration of the residence of the physical persons, data necessary for calculation of the non-personal tax, different from the parcel of land" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012 No. 42, the Art. 1609) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1386 and of May 31, 2012 No. 476

1. According to the procedure of provision to bodies of the State Tax Service of information on the taxpayers, the taxation objects and objects connected with the taxation for ensuring conducting their accounting, and also calculation and tax collection and charges, No. 1386 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011:

1) in Item 3:

in paragraph one of the word "on the location" to exclude;

in subitem 1 of the word "and the structural divisions of territorial authorities of Ministry of Justice providing realization of powers of Ukrgosreestr" to exclude;

2) to add the Procedure with Item 3-1 of the following content:
