According to Item 17 parts two of Article 6, parts two, third, fifth Article 17 and part five of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing", for the purpose of determination of the procedure of stop of financial transactions concerning which there is suspicion that they are connected with legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, either by financing of terrorism or participants or beneficiaries on whom persons included in the list of faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities are or concerning which the international sanctions are applied, ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance by Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine for the decision on stop of financial transactions which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of September 28, 2010 No. 172 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance by the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of the decision on stop of financial transactions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2010 for No. 1111/18406.
