In pursuance of the paragraph of third of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 2012 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions concerning lease, pledge, creation and activities of financial and industrial groups" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 19.12.2013 No. 1110
1.2. from subitem 5.39 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734), words "financial and industrial and others" to exclude;
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2010 No. 1504 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 3, 2010 No. 457" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 261, 5/32669):
1.3.1. in Regulations on the procedure for determination of standard rates of ensuring cultural activities of the separate organizations of culture approved by this resolution:
