About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications

1. Bring in the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2009 N 228 (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 12, Art. 1431; 2011, N 21, Art. 2965; N 40, of Art. 5548; N 44, of Art. 6272; 2012, N 39, Art. 5270), following changes:

a) in the text of subitem 5.1.1.6 of the word "Internet" shall be replaced with words "the Internet;

b) add with subitem 5.1.7 of the following content:

"5.1.7. creation, forming and maintaining the single automated information system "The Unified Register of Domain Names, Indexes of Pages of the Websites in Internet Network and the Network Addresses Allowing to Identify the Websites in the Internet Networks Containing Information Which Distribution in the Russian Federation Is Forbidden" (further - the unified register);";

c) add with subitem 5.2 (1).8 of the following content:

"5.2 (1).8. order of interaction of the operator of the unified register with provider of hosting and procedure for receipt of access to the telecom operator rendering services in provision of access to the Internet containing in the unified register of information;";

d) add with subitem 6.9 of the following content:

"6.9. according to the procedure and according to criteria which are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation to involve in forming and maintaining the unified register of the operator of the unified register - the organization registered in the territory of the Russian Federation;".
