Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1992, No. 17, Art. 275; 1994, No. 8, Art. 111; 1995, No. 17, Art. 184; Vedamasts_ Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1998, No. 28, Art. 462; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 54, 2/51; 2001, No. 63, 2/777; 2002, No. 7, 2/831; 2004, No. 107, 2/1046; 2006, No. 114, 2/1252; 2009, No. 16, 2/1558) following amendments and changes:

1. To add part one of Article 5 and part one of article 24 after the words "compulsory insurance premiums" with the words "in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus".

2. State Article 231 in the following edition: "Article 231. Increase in the size of old-age pension in case of further work without receipt of national pension

In case of further work without receipt of national pension after acquisition of right to old-age pension in accordance with general practice (article 11 of this Law) the size of old-age pension increases on:

6, 8, 10 and 12 percent of earnings from which according to article 56 of this Law pension is estimated, - respectively for everyone complete the first, second, third and fourth of work, for 14 percent of such earnings - for complete fifth and each next year of work. The specified amount of increase in pension is summed up among themselves;
