For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 1-1 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"1-1. The size of benefit for the cold period of year constitutes 200 lei.";

2) In the Provision:

a) the paragraph one of Item 3 to add with the subitem f) the following content:

"f) gain income from the salary for complete or part-time from the business activity or activities connected with use of the farmlands located behind line of settlements.";

exclude paragraph two;

b) add Item 8 with the subitem h) the following content:

"h) the copy of the certificate (the patent, the license) confirming realization of business activity according to the legislation.";

c) third Item 47-1 to exclude the paragraph.

2. This Resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2012.
