For the purpose of increase in efficiency of making of customs transactions and customs control of the goods imported into the Russian Federation and exported from the Russian Federation according to Item 6 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union (The Federal Law of June 2, 2010 N 114-FZ "About ratification of the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 23, the Art. 2796) and part 2 of article 108 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 N 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 48, Art. 6252; 2011, N 27, the Art. 3873, N 29, the Art. 4291, N 50, the Art. 7351), the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54 "About approval of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union" and the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of January 28, 2011 N 522 "About Regulations on procedure for application of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union in case of classification of goods" with the changes made by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 16, 2011 N 767, I oblige:

1. Bring in the Collection of decisions and explanations on classification by the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (FEACN CU) of separate goods given in appendix to the order of FCS of Russia of March 1, 2012 by N 34-p "About classification by FEACN CU of separate goods" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 28.04.2012, рег. N 24001), following changes:

a) 1, Items 3, of 43, of 113, 116 to state subitem 1.5 of Item according to the appendix N 1 to this order;

b) add with Items 180, of 181, of 182, of 183, of 184, of 185, of 186, of 187, of 188, 189 and state them according to the appendix N 2 to this order;

c) in Item 28 to replace the 2006 code with the 2006 00 code;

d) in subitem 110.1 of Item 110 to replace the 8503 code with the 8503 00 code;

e) in Item 115 to replace the 8609 code with the 8609 00 code.

2. To provide to chiefs of regional customs authorities and customs bringing this order to data of all interested persons.

3. Control of execution of this order to assign to the secretary of state - the deputy manager of FCS of Russia T. N. Golendeeva. This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
