(5) the Law No. 414-XVI of December 22, 2006 "About compulsory third party car insurance for the damage caused by vehicles" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 32-35, the Art. 112), with subsequent changes and amendments, the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

In the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 20/5 of May 16, 2008 "About approval of form and content of insurance applications, insurance agreements and insurance policies for obligatory civil liability insurance for the damage caused by vehicles" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 143-144, of the Art. 410), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 586 of July 25, 2008, with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In item 4 of the Resolution and in the text of appendices 3 and 4 of the word "insurance policy Green Card" shall be replaced with words "the insurance certificate Green Card" in the corresponding case.

2. In Appendix 1:

1) in Item 2 of the word of "the copy of technical data sheets" shall be replaced with words "copies of registration documents";

2) change is made only in the text in state language;
