About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with streamlining of collection by legal executives of tax debt
For the purpose of ensuring unconditional execution of judgments with legal executives the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the following decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in paragraph seven of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 18, 2003 No. 147 "About formation of Fund of development of courts and judicial authorities" (2003, No. 3, the Art. 26) and the paragraph the seventh Item 2 of appendix No. 1 of the word "on collection of shortages on taxes and other obligatory payments" to it shall be replaced with words the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan "from collection of tax debt for the realization account of property of the debtor";
Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 23.08.2017 No. PP-3240
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
