About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for purpose of public welfare payments" of December 29, 2009 No. 822

For the purpose of increase in level of social protection of persons with limited opportunities of health the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for purpose of public welfare payments approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for purpose of public welfare payments" of December 29, 2009 No. 822, the following changes:

- in subitem 60.2:

in the paragraph the second figures and the words "2000 (two thousand)" to replace with figures and the words "3000 (three thousand)";

in paragraph three of figure and the word "1500 (one thousand five hundred)" to replace with figures and the words "2500 (two thousand five hundred)";

in paragraph four of figure and the word "1000 (one thousand)" to replace with figures and the words "2000 (two thousand)".

2. To the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to make recalculation of the amounts of monthly social benefits taking into account their new sizes.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide timely allocation from the republican budget of necessary financial resources on payment of monthly social benefits taking into account their increase to persons with limited opportunities of health.

4. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2012.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social and humanitarian development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Publish this resolution in official mass media.
