1. Bring in Chapter II of the Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299 "About application of sanitary measures in custom union", the following changes:
a) in Section 1:
Item 7.4 of the subsection "The Inventory for Which This Section Establishes Single Health Requirements (according to the FEACN CU Codes)" in the line "cadmium" in the column "Notes" to add with words ", 0,2 for seeds of the sunflower intended for direct consumption";
in line item "Astaxanthin" of appendix 5 of the word "1 mg" shall be replaced with words "2 mg", the words "3 mg" shall be replaced with words "6 mg";
b) in paragraph three of Item 4.5 of Section 9 of the word "in 0,6 limits-" shall be replaced with words "no more".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
