About approval of the Form of data of R-DN on tax payment

According to article 14 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of foreign investments", for the purpose of ensuring execution of guarantees for transfer abroad after payment of the corresponding taxes of the income obtained by foreign investors in connection with investments on legal causes in the form of foreign currency I order:

1. Approve form of Data of R-DN of tax payment of the nonresident by permanent mission for submission to credit institution with approval from tax authority in which the permanent mission stays on the registry for transfer of its net profit to this nonresident it (is applied).

2. To charge to heads of this tax authority in case of reliability of the data specified in form, to provide their approval no later than 3 days after representation of form in tax authorities.

3. To head department of tax policy and strategic researches (A. Musayev) together with Head department of audit of taxpayers (M. Bayramov) to take proper measures to further enhancement of this system with approval of the relevant structures of National Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4. To charge bringing the copy of the order to structural divisions of the Ministry of taxes to the Secretariat of the Ministry (E. Gadzhiyev).

5. To charge control of execution of the order to the deputy minister of taxes (N. Gasymov).
