About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012"

1. Bring in article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 3435, Art. 414; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 4647-VI of July 30, 2012 No. 5189-VI and No. 5190-VI and of October 16, 2012 No. 5422-VI) such changes:

in paragraph one of figure "69.360.000" to replace with figures "79.360.000";

in Item 1:

after the paragraph of the tenth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"according to obligations of the state company "The National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" for Project Implementation of Construction of Steam-gas Power Plant in of Shcholkino of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea".

With respect thereto the eleventh and twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twelfth and thirteenth;

add with the paragraph the fourteenth such content:

"State company "The National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" for Project Implementation of Construction of Steam-gas Power Plant in of Shcholkino of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Is Exempted from the Obligation to Give Ensuring Accomplishment of Obligations to the State on Expense Recovery of the Government Budget".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
