1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for approval of plans of sanitation, voluntary settlements and lists of liquidating masses approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 895, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 19, 2007 for No. 836/14103, which are applied.
2. To provide to management of financial analysis and recovery of solvency of Corporate management department state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order comes into effect at the same time with the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4212-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund.
