1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the organization of professional training, advanced training and retraining of jobless citizens and the unoccupied population.

Declare invalid the resolution of the Federal Service of employment of Russia, the Ministry of science, the higher school and technical policy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of July 22, 1992 of N13/53/777/26-13 "About Approval of the Regulations on the Organization of Professional Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of the Released Workers and the Unoccupied Population" (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 5, 1992, registration N 30).
