By the rules of filling of the column of 31 TD implemented according to the Procedure for filling of customs declarations on the form of the single administrative document approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of 30.05.2012 No. 651, registered in Ministry of Justice 14.08.2012 for No. 1372/21684 (further - the Procedure), it is provided that at number 1 in the column of 31 TD the name and the regular trade description which gives the chance to identify and classify goods (physical characteristics of goods in the amount sufficient for its unambiguous reference to code according to UKT foreign trade activities, in number of signs, determined by rules of filling of the column 33 TD for the corresponding customs regime and features of movement) are specified: for example, completeness or completeness (collected/not gathered), quantitative and high-quality structure (material, substance, mix, connection and so forth), main properties of goods (appointment, size, packing, packaging and so forth).

The detailed information necessary for identification of goods is provided according to Procedure by each description of goods in the electronic copy of TD or electronic TD in form of "electronic invoice".

According to Item 11 of the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.05.2012 No. 450, information entered by the customs applicant in the electronic copy of TD shall answer information entered by the customs applicant in the original on paper, except for that information which is entered in accordance with the established procedure only in the electronic copy.
