About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of conducting economic activity concerning carrying out the land biddings
According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 23.04.2011 No. 500, for the purpose of streamlining of the relations in the field of carrying out the land biddings I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of conducting economic activity concerning carrying out the land biddings which is applied.
2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To the state agency of land resources of Ukraine to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.
