Take into consideration the offer of the Republic of Tatarstan on implementation of construction of engineering, transport, innovative, social and other infrastructure of the special economic zone by budget funds of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of at least 50 percent of the amount of financing specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to sign on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and administrations of municipalities of the Verkhneuslonsky and Laishevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the agreement on creation of the special economic zone.
