About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (2) article 95 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: 2009, No. 72-74, of the Art. 195), with subsequent changes, words "after crime execution" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "before adjudgement".
