About modification of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2008 No. 308

1. In preamble of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2008 No. 308 "About some questions of compulsory national insurance of staff of the Investigative Committee, law-enforcement bodies, public prosecutor's workers, employees of bodies and divisions for emergency situations, employees of bodies of the State Control Committee" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 57, 5/27244; 2009, No. 53, 5/29323; No. 253, 5/30626; 2010, No. 238, 5/32572; 2011, 142, 5/34918) words "part four of Item 17 of the Regulations on the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2011 No. 518 "Questions of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus"" shall be replaced with words No. "article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
