About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2007 No. 1286

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for development, approval and implementation of schemes of complex use and protection of waters approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2007 No. 1286 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 248, 5/25917; 2010, No. 106, 5/31732), following changes and amendment:

1.1. in item 4:

to "(areas)" to exclude the word from part one;

add Item with part three of the following content:

"Developed schemes go to regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in the territory of which the corresponding river basin is located.";

1.2. in Item 5 of the word "for the ten-year period" shall be replaced with words "from five to ten years";

1.3. to exclude subitem 6.2.4 of Item 6;

1.4. state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Schemes affirm regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom in the territory of which the corresponding river basin is located.";

1.5. exclude Item 10;

1.6. "state bodies and other organizations" to exclude from Item 11 of the word;

1.7. in Item 12 of the word "performs the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection" shall be replaced with words "perform the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
