Procedure for forming and maintaining the state ecological information resources

1. General provisions

1. The procedure for forming and maintaining the state ecological information resources is developed based on requirements of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological information" and regulates process of forming and maintaining the state ecological information resources assigned to state bodies of management, the state organizations, commercial enterprises, public associations and physical persons.

2. Forming and maintaining the state ecological and information resources is performed by Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - Committee).

3. The committee develops and performs measures for centralized collection, accounting, storage and use of ecological information.
