1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2009 No. 780 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican budget commission" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 18, Art. 155; 2011, No. 7, Art. 87) following changes:

in the Regulations on the Republican budget commission approved by the above-named Decree:

to the forecast of social and economic development of the republic;

to borrowing by local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, capital;
