About introduction of amendments to article 16 of the Budget code of Ukraine

1. Bring in Article 16 of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:
in paragraph one of part one of the word "with limiting observance of amount of public debt" shall be replaced with words "(except the cases provided by paragraph one of part seven of this Article), with limiting observance of amount of public debt for the end of budget period";
the paragraph one of part seven after the words "For the purpose of Effective Management of the Public (Local) Debt" to add with the words "and/or liquidity of the single treasurer account".
2. This Law comes into effect from the day following behind day of its publication.
